NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS:
	-Maximum RFFE clock rate increased to 60 MHz	
	-Add Masked Register Writes feature of RFFE version 2.1 specification
		Add "mrw" command	
	-Add trigger output functionality
		Add "trigger_out" command
	-Support I3C SDR commands without 0x7E Broadcast address
		Add "sdr_rsvd" command


EXISTING FEATURE CHANGES:
	-Disable Command Shortening
		(i.e. "version" can no longer be shortened to "ver")
		This feature had the potential to cause issues long-term with the addition of 
		new commands and features. There should be little to no impact to automated 
		applications, though controlling Scout interactively will require more typing
		
	-Add "trigger_in" command
		This takes the place of the existing "trigger" command to avoid any ambiguity 
		with the new "trigger_out" command. The "trigger" command remains in place and 
		unchanged to accommodate existing applications, but it will no longer appear 
		in any documentation or the help list.


BUG FIXES:
	-Removed the I3C broadcast address after a repeated start for combined SDR commands
	-Improved GPIO state stability across mode switches
	-Fixed an extra clock cycle after Scout aborts an I3C DDR read
	-Fixed an extra clock cycle at the end of the I3C CRC cycle
	-Fixed I3C Broadcast Address not preceding "ENTDAA" in the "Hot Join" operation
	-Fixed SDR issue following an SDR continued command with the byte count >= 23
