NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS:
	-Add support for I3C Vendor Specified CCC's 0x61 - 0x7F (Broadcast) and
	0xE0 - 0xFE (Direct)
		Add "vendor_write" command
		Add "vendor_read" command


EXISTING FEATURE CHANGES:
	-Modify I3C "init" sequence to disable In-Band-Interrupts (IBIs) before dynamic 
	address assignment starts 
		To prevent a slave device from generating an IBI during bus initialization,
		the DISEC command was moved to the beginning of the "init" sequence 
		immediately following the RSTDAA instruction. This will globally disable 
		IBIs from all I3C devices on the bus preventing an "init" failure caused 
		by an IBI during initialization. Once the initialization is	complete, 
		the user may re-enable IBIs with the CCC command if so desired.
		This is a behind-the-scenes change and has no effect on the user interface.


BUG FIXES:
	- Fixed an issue which unintentionally introduced command case-sensitivity 
	in version 1980
